Harris Family - Missionaries to Guatemala

I am writing to you today on behalf of our dear friends, the Harris family. The Harris family originally surrendered to the mission field to go wherever the Lord led them to go several years ago.  Throughout the last several years, He has taken them all across the midwest for service and training-ultimately His Work and His training to prepare them for their future in service. 

They also began preparation to serve in Papua New Guinea.  Last year, however, God provided an opportunity to serve in Guatemala.  All the doors opened for them to go there and they felt it was God paving the way.

They are now there and serving the local people by helping in the ministry there with Clubhouse Guatemala.  Right now, Clubhouse Guatemala is building a new youth camp from the ground up and serving the local people with a food and school ministry as well.  It is a small ministry, but very strong and very committed to reaching and serving the locals there.

Joey and CC have shared with us that, since they have switched gears from Papua New Guinea over to Guatemala, they have lost some of their promised support.  It has not come in as pledged and they have some great needs right now as they begin their ministry there.  Some of those needs include supplies for a new home, housing, money to pay monthly bills, etc.

Would you consider supporting our friends?  We have personally witnessed the last 5 years of their ministry.  We have seen Joey and CC serve others, even when it was very hard for them.  We have seen them serve even when they did not know where their next home would be in just a few weeks.  When they were not sure where food would come from when their food ran out.   They still served.  We have seen them share much of their resources when they were needed for themselves.  I always say that Joey and CC will serve others even when those others are kicking them.  They are that committed to doing the Lord's work wherever needed.

They could greatly use any support whether it be a one time gift or continuous monthly support.  No amount is too small or large.  We have family that have agreed to support at only $20 a month.  Any amount helps and you can know that you will be giving to a great ministry and helping to reach those in Guatemala.
