Every now and then a pastor or speaker (interpreted: people much smarter than we are) publishes a video or written article/blog post that we feel is right on or close with what we believe. It's nice to have other "L-words" on board with us, y'all :) It's a great way to share about what, we believe, God has laid on our hearts. What others choose to do is between themselves and God, Our Father. We are not a judge of anyone, but are responsible for our own choices. It's nice, though, to have an example to share about "WHY" we do what we do.
This video is an example of that. A few friends shared this with us and I was finally able to sit down and watch it. I think it is such a great example and well-made film (especially by someone so young). It's less than an hour long so it won't take you long to watch it. But, for anyone who's ever asked us "why" about our choice in homeschooling or in our changes in what we look for when choosing a church to attend, this hits on many of those reasons. Even if you disagree with our choices (that's fine-we still love you :) it's still quite educational and might serve to assist you in what you're currently doing with your own family.

*Disclaimer: We are NOT accusing, blaming, pointing fingers, labelling, poking, attacking, incriminating, criticizing, condemning, thinking we are holier than, complaining about any person. However, we ARE challenging a thought and an attitude of "this is how it's always been" OR "this is what everybody does so we are supposed to also". Amen.
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:"
